Morocco First: Does American Recognition of Morocco’s Sovereignty Over Western Sahara Foretell the Status of the West Bank?

The United States’ recognition of Moroccan sovereignty over Western Sahara has not evoked a huge amount of criticism, to say the least. The similarities between the conflict over Western Sahara and the conflict over the West Bank raises the question whether this latest move could influence what is happening on Israel’s front lawn.
